This year’s iPhone models may arrive in blue, orange, and gold colors. Reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed the news about the 2018 iPhones that will make some iPhone lovers very happy.
According to Kuo’s report, this year’s iPhone X successors could be called as iPhone X Plus and may come with a wide variety of colors and new updates. The 6.5-inch OLED iPhone model will reportedly release in black, white, and a new gold variant and should be priced around $1000. The iPhone X Plus will feature dual-SIM capabilities.
Apple’s rumored 6.1-inch LED iPhone (with slim bezels) will launch in grey, white, blue, red, and orange colors. Kuo said that the LED phone will cost around $700 and will likely include Face ID.
The upcoming two OLED devices (5.8-inch and 6.5-inch) will be the versions of the current iPhone X, and other 6.1-inch LCD iPhone X models will keep the style of iPhone X.
The report did not mention whether the red option will look like the current Red iPhone 8. But this recalls the iPhone 5c era when Apple launched the cheaper iPhone alongside the iPhone 5s.
Kuo didn’t talk only about colors in his note. He said the iPhone X Plus is likely going to cost $1,000 and sport dual-SIM capabilities. Meanwhile, the 6.1-inch iPhone will be a lot more affordable, at around $700.
With expectations of competitive pricing and the new attractive colors, Kuo believes LCD iPhone will account for 55% of sales by the end of 2018.
